Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

At Amotherby Community Primary School, our Early Years Foundation Stage provides a happy, nurturing and stimulating start to school life. We create a safe and welcoming environment where children feel confident, valued and excited to learn.

Through a balance of play-based learning and carefully planned adult-led activities, children develop strong foundations in communication, early reading, number, independence and social skills. We work closely with families to ensure every child feels supported as they take their first steps on their learning journey at Amotherby.
